Registration Process:

  • Step 1: Download registration from (posted above) or attend registration drop-in date.
  • Step 2: Send registration and full payment (non-postdated cheque payable to 360ydc) to                 33 Empire Cres. Courtice, ON L1E 1X9.
  • Step 3: Confirmation email sent to all registered players
  • Step 4: Registered players will receive a phone call on the Sunday prior to the first
  scheduled league game.
